I ordered some dahlias from them and they arrived on time and their customer service is remarkable! Will definitely buy through them again!

Unfortunately my order of four Dahlia tubers (cafe au lait and Lavener Perfection) arrived all with broken necks. Although that was disappointing I was extremely satisfied with their customer service. They responded to my email right away and immediately sent a replacement for my order. Sadly the dahlia tubers were in the same awful condition as the ones they were meant to replace. On the other hand, the Sarah Bernhardt peony tuber arrived in good condition and is already sprouting just a week after planting.

I think they only take appointments. My appointment was at 15:30. Got door right away and checked out at 17:40. Docks are easy to backing .

I purchased 4 varieties of dahlias. The packages came crammed into a very small cardboard box when the temps were 24 degrees. All the necks were broken except for one package. The rest had rotted or dessicated tubers with mold. 3 out of the 4 packages were unusable and, quite frankly, it was shocking they even bothered to send them without inspecting.
